General:

 Any domain purchased and upon down payment will be transferred and held in escrow by OwnerFinanciers.com administrative holdings.

OwnerFinanciers.com will collect all monthly payments due from buyer and forward payments to seller minus any commission and handling fees due.

OwnerFinanciers.com will maintain and keep current any registration fees due while domain is under it's holding and administration.

Domain will be transferred to buyers administration upon completion of installment loan.

 

Terms For Sellers:

Agree that all information is accurate and up to date in the global "who-is database"

Agree to notify us if domain name is sold outside our marketplace (other sites or private sale).

Agree to push domain to our holding account upon first payment from buyer.

Agree to let any monthly payments be considered "as rent" in the event of a buyer default and domain is returned to owner.

Agree to let buyer attempt to "cure any default" in effect before taking action. OwnerFinanciers.com agrees to notify seller in the event of any late payments.

Agree to an early pay off only when applicable.

 

Terms For Buyers:

Agree to pay monthly and on time.

Agree to notify OwnerFinanciers.com with any changes of address and phone numbers. Server DNS or Url forwarding options.

Agree NOT TO LIST domain for sale outside our escrow and holdings.

Agree to pay all balances due in the event of early payoff.

Late payment penalties and loan extensions:

In the event of loan default OwnerFinaciers.com will only allow the following.

One month late: One month of payment added to final cost

Two months late: Two months of payments added to final cost

Three months - domain repossessed.
